Refund Policy

1. Before a campaign starts
If your campaign has not yet been launched in Google Ads, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@skyhighviewscm.com.
2. After a campaign has started
Because budget is spent on live Google Ads auctions, campaigns that have already started are non-refundable. However, if delivery falls significantly short of the agreed estimate due to an issue on our side, we will issue a pro-rata credit or partial refund.
3. Credits
Platform credits are non-refundable once used to activate a promotion. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we resolve almost all issues within 48 hours.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@skyhighviewscm.com with your order ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
