1. The Service

SkyHighViews CM provides paid YouTube promotion campaigns delivered through Google Ads. All views, likes, and subscribers result from real users discovering your content via Google's official advertising network. We do not use bots or artificial engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and the rightful owner of the YouTube content you submit for promotion.

3. Payments & Credits

Prices are listed in USD and processed by Stripe. Credits purchased on the platform are non-transferable and can only be used for promotion services on SkyHighViews CM.

4. Delivery

Campaigns typically deliver within 7–14 days depending on budget, targeting, and content. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, as performance depends on Google Ads auction dynamics and your content's appeal.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not submit content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or applicable law (hate speech, copyright infringement, adult content, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any campaign at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google. We do not guarantee specific channel growth, monetization, or ranking outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
